What is your return policy?

Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Payment refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged products or incorrect sizes (sizes other than what was ordered). In all other cases, a replacement or eVoucher (valid for 1 year) is available.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support via email with your order number and images of the tag and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund free of charge.

Product and accessories, if any, should be in original condition. Tags should be retained and returned. Returns and replacements are done free of charge if wrong products, incorrect sizes, or damaged items are received by the customer.

Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery and can be made with the same or different products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate the process.

We offer pick-up services for returns and exchanges if the products are defective. Please contact customer service to confirm availability.

Returns or exchanges are not possible for worn, used, or untagged items, or for correctly delivered products. Custom-made products and certain sale items may also be non-returnable.

Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of receiving and authorizing the return request. For both canceled orders and returned products, the refund amount will be credited to the account used for payment within 4-8 days. For COD orders, refunds are done through NEFT.
